Kotscho Marketing is a founder-led practice run by Diogo Lopes Kotscho, working with a rotating bench of senior collaborators across Orlando and São Paulo. The studio takes on a deliberate handful of engagements at any given time, in the seam between Florida hospitality and Latin American consumer brands.

Most projects start with a sprint — three weeks to clarify positioning, brand, and channel hypothesis — and continue as a quarterly retainer once we've earned the next quarter.
